Stephanie Capino from Florida is our FitStar of the week and her secret to a healthy lifestyle isn’t really much of a secret at all, but still really good advice: commit and stay committed with a healthy diet and exercise. What excites us most is that FitStar has finally helped Stephanie exercise regularly and stay on the path to fitness and wellness.

1. How long have you been using FitStar and what Program do you use?
I have been using FitStar for a few months now and I especially love the Freestyle Sessions such as Strava Core Challenge, Runtensity, and the new one Mudder Mayhem.
2. What is your FitStar story?
Since I have started using FitStar I had gained a lot of strength, especially in my core. Also, I had gained more muscles in my arms and legs which is a definite plus in my book.
3. Why is FitStar is a good fit for you?
I love how FitStar is portable and you literally can take it with you anywhere. It’s very convenient when traveling because all you need is a phone or tablet and you’re set. Also, the app is very easy to work with. The videos are amazing and they really do motivate you and push you through the whole workout. It’s basically like having your own personal trainer every time.
4. What have you gained by using FitStar?
I have gained so much more energy and strength while using FitStar. Before, I was just eating unhealthy and barely exercising. I would tell myself, “oh I’ll just start next week or the week after that.” But I never did. However, a few months ago I decided to commit and now I see the results paying off.
5. What tips or advice do you have for others that may help get them started or keep going?
If you want to lose weight and/or just live a healthy lifestyle, you must be able to commit and stay committed with a healthy diet and exercise. It’s also important to have supportive people around you that will help you push through your goals. If not, use it as a motivation to push yourself even harder to reach your goals.
