1.  How long have you been using FitStar and what Program do you use?

I’ve been using it for two months now and I’ve been on Get Strong Program from day one. I also do a lot of Freestyle Sessions on top of it.

2. What’s your FitStar story?

Since I left army in 2010, it’s been really hard to keep myself fit. I stopped working out and put on a lot of weight, which made me uncomfortable. So I made up my mind to get back to my fitness level that I once had. I joined a gym, I downloaded tons of fitness apps, bought gym equipment and so many other things, but I couldn’t keep myself dedicated. I just wouldn’t want to work out at all.

That is, until recently when I found this app called FitStar!  It caught my attention because of the ratings it had on the App Store and I downloaded it. And boy, am I glad that I did! I used it for a month and absolutely fell in love with it. Now, I am a Premium member with an annual subscription.

3. Why is FitStar a good fit for you?

It explains every single move perfectly and it’s like having my own personal trainer. The kind of motivation from friends and Tony Gonzalez is amazing. The fact that no gym equipment is needed makes it incredible.

4. What have you gained by using FitStar?

To start, I have burned more than 18,000 calories in total. I have not missed a day since I got this app! I have gained immense stamina and strength just within these two months; however, I think what I have gained the most is dedication and motivation to work out every single day. And also, it’s nice to have six pack abs.

5. What tips or advice do you have for others that may help get them started or keep going?

The only thing you have to do is download the app, have some friends and start working out. I’m pretty sure you will be hooked onto it!

Why do you stay dedicated to working out with FitStar?

Keep Moving!
