1. How long have you been using FitStar and what Program do you use?
I’ve been using FitStar for six months now and use the Get Lean and Daily Dose Programs.
2. What is your FitStar story?
When I lived in Missouri, I kept eating my emotions! I was 194 lbs and the weight kept adding up. I am a stress eater. When I saw I was getting big, I didn’t know what to do so I ate and I ate. When I moved back to Florida, I was determined to lose the weight. I walked, I tried dieting, I tried going to the gym with my older brother, but nothing was working. One day my best friend came up to me in school and told me about FitStar. I was curious if it worked and he showed me a picture from when he first started and he was no skinny guy in this picture. So three days every week, we would go to the park and we would workout using FitStar. I immediately saw results. Even though I wasn’t losing weight, I was losing inches. I can now fit into my size 12 pants (I was a size 18). Now, I’m doing FitStar everyday and I’m still losing inches and getting an amazing body shape.
3. Why is FitStar a good fit for you?
The workouts are challenging. I’m out of breath when the Session is over, but when it’s over I want to do another and another. FitStar has become a drug… I always want to workout now! I look forward to the moments I’m not doing anything because then I just turn on my FitStar and start working out.
4. What have you gained by using FitStar?
With FitStar, I am feeling healthier than I have been in years! Even though I’m still 194 lbs, I’m able to workout with a positive attitude. I have gained a happier and healthier life from FitStar.
5. What tips or advice do you have for others that may help get them started or keep going?
When you get started, it’s going to be hard, it’s going to be a challenge, and it’s going to hurt. In the end it’s all worth it. Because when it hurts, you know you’re doing it right. So don’t give up because it’s too hard or because it hurts. Just remember why you started and keep thinking about that. It’s great motivation and in the end you won’t be upset with the results. Just keep a positive attitude and you’ll be great!
Does a positive attitude help keep you going when you’re faced with a challenge?
