With only three ingredients (four, if you choose to add ice), the Green Dream Smoothie from FitStar Yoga expert Tara Stiles will set you on a course of success – especially if you’ve been indulging during the holiday season. Stock up on these smoothie staples – spinach, bananas, and almond milk – because if you’re anything like us, you’ll be making this A LOT in the new year. Cheers!

Green Dream Smoothie from Tara Stiles
1 banana
1 large handful of spinach
1 cup of almond milk – sweetened or unsweetened
ice (optional)

1. Blitz in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
2. Enoy!

    I am allergic to Almond milk. Could I use something else instead?

      I dont like milky drinks period so ive switched up a few to help. You could try coconut milk or coconut water (its less coconut flavor but good for smoothies). Or heres a link of a few alternatives!

      Yes you definitely can, Savanah. As DD suggested below, you can try coconut milk, regular milk or soy milk. Let us know if you try it with one of those options!
