1. How long have you been using FitStar and what Program do you use?
I started using FitStar around December 2013. Because of time restraints, I started with Daily Dose. In the last couple of months, I’ve used Get Lean.

2. What’s your FitStar story?
I started using P90X in 2012. However, I have constant shoulder problems that kept getting me injured and I couldn’t keep doing the workouts at 4:00 A.M. So I stopped working out and I packed on some pounds. I started using FitStar and have lost 22 lbs so far!

3. Why is FitStar a good fit for you?
First of all, my body type sets me up to show the extra pounds really quick. I’m a 43 year old, U.S. Army vet, married, father of two girls (one in college and the other in high school) with a fast paced social life. I serve as a deacon in my local church and I am active in various groups there. I spend a couple of hours commuting to and from work. I am an Administrative Court Marshall, for a local government court. I also manage a Facebook FitStar Support Group named #TeamAwesome. All these things make it almost impossible to find time for a gym or a trainer to workout avoiding injury.

4. What have you gained by using FitStar?
FitStar has improved my self-esteem, my stamina, and my work output as I still need to do some heavy file and box lifting and moving. It’s also helped my strength, balance and coordination. Overall, it’s given me the chance to take whatever time I have and make it count by giving me a fully customized mobile trainer that adjusts to my needs.

5. What tips or advice do you have for others that may help get them started or keep going?
Believe me; I spent a lot of time studying different options. Every time it ended up being the same and time consuming. This fits into anyone’s busy life perfectly. You aren’t too busy for FitStar!

How do you manage to find time to workout with a hectic schedule?

Keep Moving!
